This pack is 400g and you will be able to get up to 8 bath teas out of each pack.

Directions: Scoop 3-4 table spoons of bath blend into the reusable bag provided close bag securely with tie, add to regular bath of warm water for a relaxing bath. soak for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Drinking a glass of water is recommended to keep you well hydrated

Rinse bath tub after use to prevent any residue from staining.
